Summary

In 2019, the town of Epping, New Hampshire adopted a “Right to Decide” resolution. Citing a need to protect the town and its ecosystems, it states that the town has the “authority to determine whether a liquified natural gas storage facility be permitted within the town of Epping, and call for state constitutional change to further secure this right.”
