Summary

On March 18, 2019 a bill was submitted seeking recognition of the rights of Nature in Mendoza Province of Argentina. The bill states that nature “has the right to full respect for its existence and the maintenance and regeneration of its vital cycles and functions, structure and evolutionary processes.” (1).
