Summary

The Santa Fe Government and Citizen Safety Commission advised several edits to a toxicities ordinance. The ordinance prohibits the aerial use of phytosanitary products within city limits, with special regard to Glifosato. The sale of Glifosato is further restricted within city limits. The Secretary of the Environment and Public Spaces is authorized as the leading authority in enforcing the aforementioned restrictions, as well as implementing alternative pest control methods that adhere to the rights of nature and the community to a healthy and clean environment.
