Summary
In 2017, M. Valeria Berros, Rafael Colombo and Natalia Barrilis proposed an amendment to the Province of Santa Fe Constitution that would better reflect the diversity of ways of human relationships to nature and the rights of nature. A lengthy analysis of laws and constitutions from other provinces proceeds the proposed amendment.
