Summary

Ohio residents worked with CELDF to spearhead a constitutional amendment for the state of Ohio. The Community Rights Amendment recognized the rights of nature. It would have also secured the right of local, community self-government. Although the language of the amendment was approved, it did not make it to the ballot due to costs.
