Summary

In 2021, the FL5.org drafted a constitutional amendment for the state of Florida to guarantee Floridians’ and Florida’s rights to clean water. The amendment would also allow any municipality within Florida to enact local laws providing additional protections for clean water. At the time of this summary, FL5.org is currently trying to get the proposed amendment on the ballot.
