Summary

In 2021, the FL5.org drafted a constitutional amendment for the state of Florida to prohibit “the construction or expansion of toll roads on conservation and rural lands because they destroy natural systems, divide wildlife corridors, and place an increased burden on working families with excessive expenses, decreasing the quality of life for all Floridians.” At the time of this summary, FL5.org is currently trying to get the proposed amendment on the ballot.
